PitchPower is the Football Foundation's free pitch inspection web app for grass football, rugby and cricket surfaces. Using your smart phone or tablet, you can complete a pitch inspection at the touch of a button.

Link your organisation and your site and map out your playing surfaces. Update your Equipment and Maintenance
So our experts can help better understand your site and advise more accurately on ways to improve your surfaces.
Inspect your pitch following instructions on PitchPower
This involves taking photos and simple measurements. Allow 30 minutes per surface.
Submit your inspection
This will then be reviewed by an expert groundskeeper from the GMA.
- Get recommendations and funding suggestions
Once our experts have reviewed your submission, they'll compile a bespoke report including on advice on maintenance and equipment you should invest in and the funding you may be eligible for to Get Your Pitch Match Fit.

Our Multi-Sport
Commitment
By 2025, we plan to commit 40% of our investment, worth a projected £92 million over the next three years, into multi-sport projects that support both football and an additional sport, such as rugby, cricket, netball, and basketball.
