What's on our EDI agenda?

We're committed to continuously reviewing our culture and processes to improve our Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity.

In 2020, we made some great strides on our EDI journey, including:

  • Making an Employee Assistance Programme available to all staff members
  • Updating our equal opportunities form to include questions on religion, sexual orientation and gender reassignment
  • Appointing an Independent Non-Executive Trustee to increase levels of independence and diversity on our board
  • Forming our first EDI Advisory Group - an inclusive platform for staff to discuss and analyse issues relating to EDI across the organisation. An EDI audit is currently being carried out across all levels of the Foundation
