Since April 2024, all Football Foundation funded projects that included a 3G pitch, PlayZone or pavilion with a multi-use room, are required to use our booking system.  

To facilitate this, the Foundation has partnered with Clubspark to provide a simple system. This allows you to manage online bookings and track usage, allowing you to focus on delivering brilliant programmes.  

The data from this booking system creates a consistent picture of your site’s activity. This is vital for helping us understand the impact your site offers. It provides essential insights for your organisation and helping us demonstrate the value of our investment to our funding partners.  

Our current partnership with Clubspark is in place until 11 June 2028. We’ll be in touch well in advance of this date to update you on any changes to the data collection process.
