  • Oxford City Council unveil £809,000 changing room pavilion Oxford City Council unveil £809,000 changing room pavilionOxford City Council officially unveiled their state-of-the-art £809,000 changing room pavilion at Cuttleslowe Park recently (Saturday 24 September 2016), thanks to a £348,828 grant from the Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund, which provides grants towards developing new or refurbished grassroots football facilities. Cllr Linda Smith, Board Member for Leisure, Parks and Sport, Oxford City Council, helped open the new facility. 26/09/2016

  • South Derbyshire Council and Melbourne Sporting Partnership unveil £1.8m sports hub South Derbyshire Council and Melbourne Sporting Partnership unveil £1.8m football hub South Derbyshire District Council (DC) and Melbourne Sporting Partnership Ltd (MSP) opened their new state-of-the-art £1.8m football hub recently (Sunday 11 September 2016). The project was made possible thanks to a £600,000 grant from the Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund, which provides grants towards developing new or refurbished grassroots football facilities. Cllr Pat Murray, Chairman of South Derbyshire DC and John Harrison, Chairman of MSP, helped open the new facility at Cockshut Lane. 22/09/2016

The Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund contributed £100,000 to the project, with further funding received from South Wonston Parish Council, Hampshire County Council, the Armed Forces Community Covenant and the M&S Community Energy Fund. 19/09/2016

The project was made possible thanks to a £235,183 grant from the Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund, which provides grants towards developing new or refurbished grassroots football facilities. Sport England also contributed £70,090 to the works through its Inspired Facilities Fund. 16/09/2016

Cllr Peter Whittaker, Portfolio Holder for Leisure Services at BDC, was in attendance to open the new facility. 08/09/2016

The investment came from the Premier League & The FA Facilities Fund, which is delivered by the Football Foundation. 06/09/2016
