Decision process

Once your application has been received, we will email you confirmation of receipt and give you an individual reference number.

The Grant Manager and Technical Project Manager for your region will complete an initial assessment of the application, ensuring that all information has been received. We then produce a full assessment and report on the application.

If we need any more information we will contact you, but this may mean the decision process takes longer.

The final decision process is different depending on the size of grant you apply for. We use a different process for grants below £100,000, grants over £100,000 and those grants over £100,000 that fall within the top 20% of grant value projects within the relevant application window.
